Signs of infection or CO2 suspending yeast rafts?

RIS at 20 days since pitching 1.5L starter.

Edit: WLP001, really mild fermentation, first beer that I haven't observed visual activity in airlock.

Not an infection. That is the remains of the krausen.

Depends on what I'm looking at. If that's your beer, I'd say you're fine...my beer looks the same way after about a week. If that's your morning pee, I'd say you need to go see someone about that.

Thanks for the responses! I was hoping for the best, but it just had such an odd fermentation. Time to rack onto some barrel staves. Merry Christmas!
