Is this a forward sealing tap?

Anyone have experince with these kind of taps?

It doesn't look like a normal rear sealer yet it doesn't look like a forward sealing Perlick either.
I am in need of this kind of set up and that is a great price for a stainless steel flow control faucet.
However from reading the coments of others I am sold on the need of a forward sealing tap for my at home rig.

While we are talking about ALi Express, anyone know if the Keg Land on there has anything to do with the Keg Land in Aulstrialia?

With the faucet handle being forward of the spout I would assume this is a rear-sealing faucet.

Absolutely a rear sealer that will get stuck like its glued together.
