Stalled fermentation into secondary on an American Ipa. I soaked my hop mesh bag in Sanitizer, but didn't wring it out the best I could, although I thought I got most water/Sanitizer out of it.
Would that kill ALL viable yeast, or just slow down secondary fermentation?
I've only moved from 1.031 to 1.030 in 5 days???
