IPA stopped short

Currently brewing an partial extract IPA and just started dry hopping last Sunday. OG was 1052, and FG is stuck at 1020. I'm a little worried here and am thinking I want a little more alcohol out of it. Should I add like 2 lbs of corn sugar and re-pitch?

Here's my recipe:

6# NB gold LME
2# medium 2-row
1# crystal
1 oz Amarillo (60)
1 oz centennial (30)
1 oz cascade (15)
1 oz cascade (0)
Coopers dry ale yeast, ferment 7 weeks
4 oz cascade dry hops

Steeped grains at 150-153 for 30 mins.
