12 lbs 3.2 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US 80.79 %
1 lbs 3.2 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L 7.95 %
1 lbs 3.2 oz Munich Malt 7.95 %
8.0 oz Corn Sugar (Dextrose) Sugar 3.31 % beginning of boil

2.00 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (60 min) Leaf Hops 69.9 IBU
2.00 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (10 min) Leaf Hops 28.1 IBU
1.00 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (5 min) Leaf Hops 7.7 IBU
1.00 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (5 min) Leaf Hops 7.7 IBU
2.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (Dry Hop Pellets 4 days)

It's your mouth, but I would drop the crystal and munich a bit and then drop the ibu's by about 50. But that's just me. You might really want a punch in the face, and I like those once in a while too.

Consider a fwh with 1oz of the chinook and use the other at 60min...
Also, be careful with that much Amarillo in the dry hop. Taste it after the first round. It can be overdone and go from awesome to weird.
 
I'd cut the crystal malt to no more than 5%, and reduce the 60 minute chinooks to provide 40 IBUs or so with that addition.

I'd also use some of the amarillo listed for dryhops (2 ounces of it) in the boil with the simcoe, as I love amarillo and simcoe together in late additions.

Otherwise it looks good to me !
 
Hey, I just brewed a rye IPA and hop bursted with 4 oz's of Columbus leaf hops late in the boil and a couple oz's of willamette pellets. The airlock smells awesome but I'm pissed that I didn't realize I would have almost 2 gallons of trub. So I have about 4 gallons in my bucket.:mad: Don't forget to factor that in!
