I bought a conversion kit to convert a Hamilton Beach all fridge mini fridge to a Kegerator. The tap tower is 3 inches wide. Unfortunately after much deliberation my hole saw hit a cooling line and killed the fridge. I'm now looking at the Insignia NS-BK1TSS6. But I want to use all the high end Perlick and other conversion kit stuff I already bought. However this Kegerator looks way smaller than 3 inches. So... my question is: Could I drill a bigger hole in this kegerator without blowing it and install the tap tower etc... that I want and just sell the crap they ship with it?
OR... does anyone have a better idea? I'm struggling to find any new or 2nd hand all fridge mini fridges right now. Thanks.
