This is my sixth batch of beer and I have not had anything like this before. I brewed the steam style kit by brewers best on June 3rd so this is at least 3 weeks in the primary. Usually my krausen falls back in or dries out like on the rim of the carboy. My concern is the white, mold like substance on the surface. I planned on trying to bottle on thursday, june 26th. I was going to under rack it so to leave the film behind. Any other ideas, suggestion, or experience with this would be greatly apprecited.
If infected do i still carb the same way?
Ps. I know not to dump unless it has been properly aged in bottles and still is absoulutly undrinkable.
