i plan on brewing a Cooper's Lager kit for Newyears consumption anyideas as what i could add for a kick ass beer?

I like the idea as honey to sub for corn sugar



Any ideas?

Explain "Kick Ass" you mean add flavor to a lager to make it a different style, or unique flavoring to make it christmasy? or do you just want to jack up the alcohol?

Try adding some bitter orange to the end of the boil, and drop a couple cinamon sticks in the secondary
