Mill, keg/carboy rack, and brewery. Fermenting a brown ale now. Going to add bourbon pecans at 2nd fermentation.

I'll show off my latest build at the nano we are opening.. conicals and brite tanks are directly below in basement. None of the better pics will upload from my phone without the "file too large error"
Its a pretty big jump from my home system in my signature but modeled after what works in it.

Hey Augie - what's your new nano called? I live a stone's throw from NT. j

Sure! I'll take some this weekend for you. Yeah it was a fun little build for sure. It was a burn't keg that was useless for anything but decor..LOL

Cheers
Jay
Yeah, definitely looks great. How is it with condensation?

Depends on the day and what the humidity is in the air outside, if I turned on the A/C soon enough etc etc. The hood itself doesn't get bad its the damn exhaust fan I have will drip a little if I am really doing a lot in the brewery. HLT above 180 and the BK going full tilt at the same time the fan will drip. I need to move it to the outside of the brewery b ut it exhausts in the front of my house and I really don't want to see it out there so I deal with a little drip. Other than that it does a great job.

I still need to get some good picts of it. I will I promise!

Cheers
Jay

Here's my kettle-RIMS setup. 2nd time using it today. It's 2 15 gallon pots, dual pump, got a brundog inspired condenser, a stainless counterflow chiller, and an Auber 'BIAB' controller for brains. There are a couple modifications I still want to make, but so far I'm really digging it!
