I have just finished my all grain brew system and before I did my first batch, I was given an 8gal oak barrel that aged bourbon and then honey. Cant wait to use it. I just finished bottling a wee heavy scotch ale that would have been perfect but now I need a new one to try.......Help this birthday boy!
