I like spam and Korean kim-chee on hot white rice. Egg over easy.
Spam fried rice is cool. So is cheese ramen with boiled bok choy added ...
as long as it has spam and kim-chee.
Makes for a good poor man's snack or meal any day. Wait, wasn't this supposed to go in the recipe section?

I like to wrap my Korean spam in Kim chee, dip it in Pancake batter and drop it into the deep fryer, some velveta cheese melted as a dipping sauce and a cold Beer
