Amazing company, great return policy. They'll take something back and give you a refund if the product worked fine but just not the way you thought.
They'll pay for return shipping and even schedule a UPS pickup at your doorstep/wherever the original package was delivered.

On the other end, their shipping is quick; sometimes the free shipping ships out immediately and arrives 4-6 days later, if they take 3-4 days to prep the item for shipping, chances are you'll receive it 1-2 days after it's shipped; when they say 5-10 days, they mean it!! Very dependable and no complaints
