I have a keggle brewing system which will allow me to brew 10 gallon batches. What sort of fermenter should be used since most beer buckets or carboys only go up to 6.5 gallons?

I didn't know you can just split it into 2 buckets or carboys. I assumed you had to keep it all together because with splitting it, you might not get enough of a yeast count in one?

Just pitch half your starter into each one. It doesn't have to be exact.

Yeah, another +1 for splitting into two carboys. More Beer is having a showroom sale on everything, including conical fermenters next saturday. So that might change next week :)
