yup, that's what I do.
Sanke, not snake. It's a 1/2 barrel keg converted and used for fermenting in.
I was looking at one of these the other day. Pretty cheap too. brew cube.
I didn't know you can just split it into 2 buckets or carboys. I assumed you had to keep it all together because with splitting it, you might not get enough of a yeast count in one?
14.5 Gallon Conical Fermenter or 17.5 gallon plastic bucket. These both do the trick for me.
