I have 5 gallons of cider sweetened back with xylitol, was at 1.000sg, how much corn sugar should I use for bottling? (And avoid bottle bombs!)
And another question... Do you let it start back up in the carboy or do you prime and bottle right away?

If the cider is finished (sometimes it goes as low as .990), and it's been finished for a while, you can use 1 ounce of sugar by weight per gallon of finished cider to have a medium amount of carbonation. Bottle right away, otherwise the c02 needed for carbonation will go out the airlock in the carboy.
