I made some agave witaber and life happened it and a coffee stout have been in fermentor for 6-8 weeks is it still good of throw it out . Or perhaps bottle it and hope. The coffee stout would need to spend time in the secondary with the beans I would guess. What has been you experience?

There was a recent thread where a guy and his wife had a baby and he couldn't get around to bottling a batch for something like 5 months, but the beer turned out great. Yours are fine too.

They are fine, especially the heavier stout. Go ahead and bottle/keg the agave, and transfer the stout to secondary and you will be on your way to having something drinkable and properly conditioned in a few weeks.
I see no reason to add more yeast at all. The ones in there now are ok, just dormant and waiting for something else to munch on.
