I have some that I have had in a ziploc bag that I want to add to my strawberry blonde in the keg to sweeten it up, its about 2 years old.

Anyone know if its still OK to use?

If it remained dry, it should be. It shoudl be similar to sucrose (table sugar) and have a basically infinite life span if kept dry and free of pests. Heck even honey (which is wet, but to dry for bacteria) will remain good for years if kept sealed.
