so, i am thinking of making a cider for the fall. i have seen the recipes using pure apple juice, and am thinking of going that route. my questions are, what temp do you ferment at, and how long do you leave it in the primary/secondary? i am currently doing beer and transferring from primary to keg after 3 + weeks, no secondary. i would like to do a batch of cider so that it would be ready in the fall.
