So, I just got a new turkey fryer, and I'm stoked to brew out of it, buuut I also just read a post mentioning "curing" the aluminum before you use it. I know the whole controversy with aluminum and SS, and I've never had any problems, so I stuck with the aluminum. I really don't want to start having problems either, so am I alright to use the pot as is, or do I need to "cure" it...and how the hell would I go about this.
