A couple buddies and I are planning to build a mobile community brewery. I have searched to see if anyone has mounted their keggles horizontally to keep the height of a three tier system down. We'd need to have two burners per keggle. I have three kegs to convert for the hlt, mlt, and bk, looking at options for a small trailer. Been planning on a three tier system, but seriously considering a double tier with a single pump. Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered selling the kegs and buying some of those "short" kettles, there is one design that is about 1:1 hieght to width that would help reduce the overall height.
Other than that you could have the frame hinged so the top teir folds down for transport.
