4 oz. Tettang (Never opened refrigerated)
15 oz. Hellertau (opened, sealed in baggie and refrigerated)
14 oz. Saaz (opened, sealed in baggie and refrigerated)

The two unopened bags were bought in September and placed in the refrigerator. The two opened bags were bought in October. I would continue to use these, but I am moving to using whole leaf hops.

38F. You are correct, though - they should have been frozen (I just did a search). I am not sure how much freshness they have lost, since October, having been double-bagged and placed in Tupperware containers. I gather that there are on-line calculators for that...

No worries. If they don't sell by tomorrow, then I'm going to pay them forward to a brewer in my neighborhood. I'm not going to use them and it's a shame to let them go to waste.
