Hop Genie: He'll Grant you 3 Wishes...

Suppose you're walking out of your LHBS and stumble over a golden air-lock. You pick it up and the Hop Genie appears, granting you 3 wishes...however, the sum total of your wishes cannot exceed 3 pounds and 3 varieties of hops.

I think I choose:

1. 1 lb. Amarillo
2. 1 lb. Centennial
3. 1 lb. Chinook
