Hello, When you have a Hop that you use in a recipe, and the AA value changes significantly, lets say the AA value is cut from 10.0 down to 5.0,
to keep you hop bitterness value the same in that recipe you should double the amount of hops (more or less) in your recipe.
My question is ? will doubling the hops to maintain the proper amount of bitterness also double the hop flavor ?
Essentially throwing the recipe flavor balance way off ?
Im guessing this question might be subjective to when the hops are added into the boil.
