I'm planning on brewing the following on Sunday and I'd like some feedback on my proposed brew (first one in 1.5 months). 11 gallon batch of IPA on the high IBU side:
22# Maris Otter
2# Lt Munich
Hops:
1oz Columbus 90m
1oz Galena 90m
1oz Columbus 60m
.5oz Crystal 30m
.50z Columbus 30m
(Continuous starting at 15m)
2oz Cascade
1.5oz Columbus
2oz Crystal
Flame out or Dry hop (on the fence here)
1oz each of Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Crystal, & Chinook
This is loosely based on the West Coast IPA clone from Can You Brew It. Also, I have lots of hops to use and have been inspired by the latest issue of BYO.
Good, bad, or indifferent...let me know
