i managed to find a diargam on honeywell site :
https://customer.honeywell.com/resources/Techlit/TechLitDocuments/95-0000s/95-6996.pdf

So the TR white and green will be connected to 24 v transformer and transformer will be relayed though PID .

QUESTION: what to do with red wire that is attached to thermostat, where does it go?

Thanks a million!!!

anybody?

should i just omit thermostat connections, and only connect 24 volt transformer to (TR) white and green wires. and run a relay to control on/off from PID?

connected the red jumper TH to TH-TR getting clicks, but valve does not open :(

probably bad valve?

got it to work. lighted the pilot manually by pushing in the switch, then valve became operational. will post control box next
