Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone can point me to a source (if there is one) that mentions what people know about beer, particularly how many people know what beer is made of. I'm doing a speech on making beer for class and if anyone knows of a source that would be great. Just in case you're wondering, I do brew a little and have been brewing for about 8 months and I constantly come here for info, so I'm not just posting just this once for my speech. So anything off the top of your head would help a lot. Thanks!

Yes, I've read that, it's also one of my references. What I'm trying to do is come up with an attention getter statement. I'm thinking along the lines of "did you know that X% of americans drink beer yet only Y% of them know what it is made of?" It's that Y% if that info is anywhere to be found
