First tried homebrew when I lived in Knoxville, about 12 years ago. I bought a Coopers starter kit, and have made 2 batches; a coopers lager that came with the kit, and edme red ale w/ 3.3 LME, on the advice from Alabrew.com

Next, I am going to take the leap into all grain brewing. I have bought a 10.5 gallon pot & put a ball valve on it. I have also constructed a wort chiller that I am going to experiment with before brew day. Next on the list is a mash tun. I have the cooler and the fittings, just haven't gotten around to putting it together.

Till then, I'm gonna read, research, and drink some more of the edme.

Any tips, advice, encouragement, and constructive criticism appreciated.

Hi Tony,

Welcome.

Since you asked for advice;
1) I found the book How to Brew to be very helpful.
2) Start simple, brew simple straight-forward beers, nail the process; then move on to move complex beers.
