Cut the cardboard template out, fit it to the old stem that came out of the keg cooker, traced the cardboard template with the plasma cutter, made a nice stainless paddle. THEN attempted to tig weld it in, (failure) Old man's shaky hands and bad eyesight today.. so I got out the mig welder and put stainless wire in it.

After I filled in the "HOLES" all went well, then I decided I wanted a lip-cup on the end, took a old stump here with a depression carved in it, beat the end of the spoon down into it and shrunk the edges making it curl upward. THEN to make it swirl the grain breaking up dough balls I welded a 1/4" loop on the other end.. can hang it, or handle it by the loop now. Dip out a horsefly from the brew, or smack the woman on the butt with it.

It'll serve the purpose till I do better. What'cha think?
