Hi everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself and get familiar with some of the people on the forum.
I'm from AZ, born and raised. I first got in to brewing bout 3 years ago with a Mr. Beer kit and some mixes. Well that hobbie grew but unfortunately 18 months later I had to stop consuming alchohol due to lifestyle and health reasons. About a year ago I heard about people who brew their own sodas and decided to give it a try.
As of today I have only made about 10gal of soda so far and most of it ginger ale (I can't get enough ginger in my life!). I'm really enjoying it and hope to brew tons more and get as deep into soda brewing as I was into beer.
Nice to meet all of you ad I'm always open to crticisim and advice so fire away!
