I just realized there is an introduction forum. I have been extract brewing for a couple years with varied results. Some good some bad. I have since moved to all-grain and I have had great results. I am still a Newbie in all respects but I am enjoying drinking what I brew. I will be asking lots of questions trying to make the better brew and appreciate all you help.

Thanks!:mug:

This forum will make you a better brewr. And it will consume way too many of your waking hours. Welcome! :mug:

I normally brew pales. But right now on tap I have an amber. I asked my LHBS for help in a recipe. It turned out great!

I also have a Irish stout and a blonde in secondaries. I usually brew on Saturdays to build up my pipe line. Since its usually raining winter is the best time for me. This Saturday is a pale.

I've only attempted a couple of ambers but I haven't made a decent one yet. I'm going to attempt another one here soon, possibly a Fat Tire clone. I just brewed a pale ale that I'll be tapping today or tomorrow and I have a RIS that I'm going to move into a whiskey barrel soon.
