Hello everybody, I'm Rich from Decatur, IL and I've been wanting to get into homebrewing for a while now. Finally took the plunge with a craft a brew kit this weekend. I've also been trolling this forum since I got the kit a few days ago to get a feel for what I'm getting myself into, and I found such a wealth of information I figured make a profile and stick around awhile.
