I think both are fantastic starts. Do you intend to incorporate them into another design or use as-is? If you use them as is, I see you getting very tired of cutting out 50 of them.

I love the claddagh wrap around on the first one. Might think of going orange where you have yellow to go along with the irish theme.

With the second one... I like the design, but I'm against shapely black labels on brown bottles. Big black labels with art on them look okay, though I feel the design gets lost with a design like yours. Just my opinion though.
