i totally forgot to aerate/oxegenate my wort after yesterday's brew, is it too late to do? now (24 hours after inoculating, signs of fermentation already apparent/bubbling)

:drunk:

unless your brew is super high gravity, adding oxygen at this point will not produce any positive benefits and could cause off flavors in the finished product. oxygen is used primarily in the growth phase, before fermentation begins. you could have picked up some o2 when transferring into your fermenter, but that depends on your transfer methods.

i use a pump to transfer into my fermentors, my starters were done on stir plates, lots of aeration there. i guess if my beers are bubbling, i should be fine, no?

if it started already it may be fine. it will definitely be beer and hopefully delicious. just check your apparent attenuation after fermentation is complete. a higher than expected gravity could be one of the problems you may run into but hey, you never know. cheers!
