Help with pulley for cereal killer mill

I can't seam to figure out where to find a pulley to motorize my grain mill. The cereal killer mill I believe has a 10mm shaft and I am having a heck of a time finding a 12" or so pulley with a 10mm bore to fit this mill. Does anyone have any information that would be helpful to finding what I need?

^ and, you will likely have to order a sheave/shim to adapt the opening to the shaft size.
