Motorizing Grain Mill

I am ready to motorize my mill but have run into a hurdle I could use some help with.

The shaft on my mill is 3/8 inch, but I'm only able to find 10" pulleys with 1/2 or 5/8 bores. This BYO article mentions available adapters for 3/8 to 1/2, but after an hour of Googling, I can't find anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
