I made a beer from a recipe I found online.
The beer is a raspberry, Thai Basil, porter aged on Palo Santo wood.

The competition was to take one grain only and do whatever we wanted to it as far as roasting, toasting, aging, etc.it. No sugar could be added other than from fresh fruit.
Also only one type of hop could be used. So this is also a SMaSH beer.
My question is when I fill out the bottle form what category do I list the beer as?
Cat. 23?

Yeah, I would enter that as a specialty. You could get away with entering it as a fruit beer, a spice/herb/vegetable beer or a wood aged beer, but with all that going on at once, Cat 23 makes the most sense to me.
