I received 2 Mr Beer American Porter Refills for Christmas.

I plan on brewing one of the Refills as is with S-04. The other Refill I was thinking about doing a partial mash and was looking for some input.

I have the following ingredients available for the Partial Mash:
-3lbs of 2-Row
-0.25lbs of Crystal 80L
-0.25lbs of UK Dark Patent
-1oz of Centennial
-1oz of Willamette
-Yeast = S-04

I planned on Mashing at 155 for 60min followed by a 60min Boil.

60 Min - 0.75oz Cent.
20 Min - 0.75oz Willamette
Flameout - 0.25oz Willamette

The target volume will be for a 2 gallon Batch as I will be fermenting in the Mr Beer Keg at 65.

How much malt should I use for a 2 gallon partial mash?

Opinions on the Hop Schedule? The MrB Am Porter Extract is already hopped.

Thanks for the help!

Hard to advise without knowing what you are starting with and what you want to target. Do you have the specs on the kit - OG, IBU, etc.? Do you have an idea what you want to target as far as ABV, bittering? What you have there is going to be way over bittered, I can tell you that. In a 2 gal batch .75 oz of relatively high AA hops at 60 and another .75 oz at 20 is going to get you IBU's up in DIPA range I think. That's even without the already pre-hopped extract.
