I saw a picture of this beer with a pink head (I assumed it was dyed) or had some type of alterations. But if it is possible.... let me know

But I was thinking like a Strawberry blonde, a Cherry Wheat, or something along those lines.

Any ideas?

Do a Lindeman's Framboise inspired brew. Look up some clone recipes and note the fruit strategies. Unless you're really ambitious, skip the parts about adding bugs, since those are finicky and require extensive aging. If you want a sour note in the background, use a little citric acid instead of mixed bacteria strains.

Here's a good start:

Thanks for the suggestions,
but those recipes required a full year for fermenting...
This baby is due in September

A couple years ago I brewed a simple American wheat ale that was racked on top of 6 lbs of frozen raspberries for a couple of weeks. It had a sort of pink/red color with a pinkish head.

This came up not so long ago - someone wanted to distribute pink beers instead of cigars for the upcoming birth of his daughter. The thread was here. I think he ultimately decided to use pomegranate juice, but others suggested hibiscus petals and light-colored beer + artificial coloring. Good luck!

I have a hibiscus honey wit from AHS in the secondary. It is a nice pink color. Im not sure about head color though, yet.

I am in Agreement with drinkswellwithothers. I would make a blonde ale and just rack it onto what ever red fruit you desire for the taste. maybe record this beer down and when she is old enough to drink with you make up another batch, tell the story. by the way congratulations to you. If I had some beer here I'd toast to it.

Right Brain Brewing in Traverse City made a Beet Wheat a couple of months ago. Not bad, but there was def some beet flavor in there. But the beer was bright pink and thefoam a pretty bright pink as well.
