I tried a search, but I had not too much luck!

Old "information dirt road" traveler here!

I think what I am searching for, is called a "RIMS tube heater", but I could be mistaken.

The setup I saw, was an electric element, that mounted in a stainless tube, and the element mounted Tri Clover clamp style.

I wish to peruse it again, as a possible compact heat source, for some keg and carboy cleaning setup I'm scheming on.


Anyone remember this particular one?

Kind of pricey for $99 WITHOUT the heating element.

To save some bones, here's a DIY RIMS tube:

I'm sure you can modify it to add tri-clover fittings, if that's important to you.

I just like the TriClover idea for ease of dis-assembly and cleaning / inspecting.

I'm almost certain I saw one in these forums though.
I also looked over the thread "Dirt cheap RIMS heater", no luck there, but same theory.
