Help me out, Danby kegerator/keg value?

A friend has a Danby kegerator and a keg for sale. Ready to go, everything included (C02 bottle, all fittings etc). Only issue is the lines need to be cleaned and/or replaced. He's asking $200 for all of it, is this a good deal? Is this a 1/6 barrel keg?

Does anyone know if a 6gal carboy would fit this fridge? My plan is to use this to get me started kegging, and eventually re-purpose the fridge into a fermenter by ditching the tower and using a temp controller once I get a larger keezer built. Has anyone used this fridge as a base for a fermenter?

Looks like you should be able to fit a fermenter in there. I'd say go for!
