I need some help building a recipe from my "leftovers". I'm looking to brew a 5 gallon batch, here's what I have currently:

Hops:
1.5oz Northern Brewer whole
1oz Cascade whole
4.25oz Fuggle pellet
.5oz Sorachi Ace pellet
5.5oz Citra pellet
10.5oz Mosaic pellet

Grain:
1.6lb Bohemian Pilsner
1.5lb White Wheat
.5lb Caramunich
.5lb Crystal 15L
.5lb Flaked Oats
18lb Golden Promise

So what can I brew? Looking for 5 to 5.5 gallon batch size and a yeast recommendation too. I'm still fairly new so recipe building is still confusing me.

Thanks!

How about a summer bitter/blonde ale?

1.040-1.050

90% GoldenPromise
10% white wheat

35 IBU total
Northern brewer @60
1 oz fuggles @ 20
2 oz fuggles 75%/citra 25% at flameout

Ferment with 1469.

Or a simple pale ale...

90% Golden Promise
5% Wheat or oats
5% C15
Citra + Mosaic @ 60, 10, 0 to your desired level

US05, 1098, or even 1469 (taking from giraffe's suggestion). I love pale ales with that strain.
