HELP! I've brewed..

I brewed my first batch with a Mr. Beer kit on 14 Jan, and now I can't stop! The LHBS already has me on their frequent flyer list, and SWMBO has voiced her displeasure at my unrestrained enthusiasm...just wait til she gets a glass of the apfelwein I've concocted.... BREWHAHAHAHA! Thanks to all the good folks who take time to share their experience (good and bad...)!

Welcome neighbor! Its a great hobby! I also started with the infamous Mr Beer kit, a LOOOONG time ago. I've managed to spend a few bucks on upgrades since then, not to mention a few weekends.
