Help fix my Bee Cave Kolsch attempt!

So I went to my LHBS to get the bill for this to brew tomorrow night.

I think I might have misspoken when ordering - but I now have 10lbs of pilsen mixed with my 2.5lbs wheat. Not the 8#/2.5# ratio this recipe calls for.

I got 2oz of perle and 2oz. of tetnang to have extra.

Any suggestions on what to do to keep this relatively on target? My efficiency for the only AG I have done is 80%.

Well, if they're mixed together, the only thing you can do is discard 2 lb. of the grains or scale up your batch by a factor of (10+2.5)/(8+2.5).

How much of a difference do you think that'll make taking out that bit of wheat?

So, the original recipe calls for 2.5/(2.5+8) = 24% wheat. You're now stuck at 20% wheat either way you decide to go. I really don't think it'll make a big difference.

Hell with it - I'll just do the whole thing and up the hops a bit.
