Help finding a beer

I lost my notes (shame on me) for a beer I successfully harvested dregs from 3 months ago. It's terrible, but true. The label had "Ano 1216" on it, but through far too much searching I have come up with nothing. Can anyone identify the Abbey! Yes, it was a Belgian Trappist of unknown source....help!

I found it. Disregard. Got lucky when cleaning bottles today for the next brew. No mistaking.
