Hey everyone,

Just started brewing about a week ago. I've been on the verge of starting to brew for about a year now (I tried to gather my own equipment piece by piece rather than buy a kit), but I finally got all my stuff and jumped right in. I started with partial mash (using Deathbrewer's great guide) just because it felt more like I was making something by using some grains instead of all extract. I've got my first 5 gallon batch of Blonde Ale fermenting now. I'm really enjoying reading all the threads here and gaining knowledge!
