Hello every one, my name is Sean Seames and i have no idea what i'm doing. Since i learned that it was possible to create your own been at home i have always wanted to give it a try. On my birthday this year i was blessed with my very own brew kit and yesterday i began my new hobby of home brewing. I decided to start with a brew by numbers Coopers Dark Ale Brew Kit. I think i have a base understanding of brewing after the free class i went too and the various instructions and my first batch seems to be going as planed. I have loads of questions to ask and cant wait to learn all kinds of neat tips and tricks. I'm glad to be here, see you on the forum
