Had to post a title other then the norm. I'm from Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Been working in the fermentation field for over 20 years, but with bacteria not yeast. Been wanting to try my hand at brewing (and wine making) for a number of years. Wife suprised me with a stop a the a local brew shop while christmas shopping and asked what kit I want for Christmas. Fired up my first batch of Edworts apple wine yesterday and will start on beer as soon as I get a big enough pot (wife is buying that for me too). This cleaning the house and cooking is paying off
