Hey every1, to start off I want to say thank you to every1 on HBT. Even though I haven't posted much, I have been reading topics on this site almost every day, trying to improve my brewing. I found this site so helpful. So I was thinking about getting in to homebrewing for awhile but never had the stones to pull the trigger, until my fiance' pulled the trigger for me this past Christmas. 5-5 gallon batches later I am hooked. So once again thanks to every1 and I apologize in advance for all the stupid questions I am going to ask in the future.

Well welcome to the site even though you've been here awhile. As far as the stupid questions go, there's no such thing as a stupid questions. :-D... Just remember Search is your friend. Many of the questions you'll have, have already been answered many times over.
