Hi - brewed my first batch yesterday. Went with the Irish Red Ale from Midwest as well as the full brewing kit.

Glad to be here and learn as much as possible!

Welcome. We lived in Charleston for 10 years, and now are up in Greenville. Charleston is becoming a great beer town. Breweries( Coast...), great stores(Charleston Beer Exchange), and good beer pubs. Your brewing only makes the lowcountry beer scene better
