Hello everybody. Came across this website while doing a search for a beer clone recipe. I think this place may be useful to me in expanding my knowledge.
I've been home brewing since 2007. Pretty much just a couple times a year, but part of the resolutions this year was to do more, and also finally go over to all grain. Everything up until now has been partial.
I also brewed "professionally" this past year. Through some friends I landed a job as a brewer working for a small brewpub in Geneva, IL called Stockholm's. It was very enlightening.
It'll be good to meet everyone.
