A quick hello and first post.
Have been extract brewing the last year and whenever I googled a beer question inevitably the HBT site would be there and with some good answers.
An example is the yeast washing tutorial I followed for my first effort 3 weeks ago..and it worked with 4 mason jars of 1056 in the fridge... and one of them is already happily fermenting a pale ale brewed last week.
So I figured its time to join this great site!
May the fun and learning continue.
